Dorothy L Pfeiffer, of Levittown & Marston's Mills, MA, went home to be with the lord on October 14, 2009 at Arden Courts of Warminster.  She was 89 years old.  

She was born in Woodbury, NJ on July 18^th, 1920 the daughter of the late Albert and Ida Hendrickson.   She was married to Harry W Pfeiffer for 53 years.

She was employed by Sears as a cashier and was also an Avon Representative.  

Dorothy was a devoted mother and grandmother, a talented seamstress, loved to travel and was always ready to help anyone in need.  

She was a member of Marstons Mills Community Church in Massachusetts.

She is survived by four children, Richard W Pfeiffer of Cape May, NJ, Ronald A Pfeiffer (Sharon) of Horsham, PA, Elaine L Marascio (Rocco) of Richboro, PA and Carole A Place (Steve) Marstons Mills, MA.  She had 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.  

Services will be at Supplee Memorial Presbyterian Church (855 Welsh Rd, Maple Glen PA) on Monday October 19, 2009.  Friends and family may call after 10am with a service at 11am officiated by Reverend Dr Donald Hoagland.  Interment will be at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, Massachusetts.      

Memorials may be sent to a charity of one's choice.
