William M Wilson IV, long time resident of
Ambler, died at his home on September 14,
2009. He was 80 years old.
Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Wilson was the son
of the late William M and Virginia (Horton)
Wilson. He was the husband of Mollie E
nee(Steinbrecher) Wilson for 44 years.
He graduated from Germantown High School and
attended Temple University. He was
employed by the Reading Railroad in a sales
position and Lavino Shipping.
He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church
and served on the Vestry for 9 years.
He volunteered with the Nicetown Boys Club,
served on Ambler Borough Council for 8 years
and was a member of the Ambler Kiwanis club.
He is survived by his children Louise,
Virginia, Janet, William and Ellen. He
has two step children, Linda and Thomas, and
13 grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren.
