Corinne (Connie) P.
Davies (nee Parker) of Ambler passed away on
February 19, 2010 at Keystone Hospice
House surrounded by her children. She
was 82. Born in Philadelphia, PA,
she was a daughter of the late Arthur W. and
Mary Esther Pennepacker Parker.
A graduate of
Overbrook
High School, Mrs.
Davies was employed by International
Computaprint Corporation (ICC) and IMS
Health for 18 years before retiring
on December 31, 1999.
She was an active
member of First Presbyterian Church of
Ambler for over 50 years, and served as a
deaconess for much of that time.
She is survived by her
children, Dale E., wife of Stephen Begany of
Allentown
PA, H. Joan, wife of Stephen
Kingsolver of
Casper WY,
Clifford C. (Ford) Davies, Jr. , and
his wife Christine of Mt. Laurel, NJ,
Christopher A. and his wife Adrienne of
Ambler, PA and Bonnie P, wife of Robert
Yoder of Spring Mount, PA. She
is also survived by her grandchildren
Lauren, Stephanie, Samantha, Michael, Brittany,
Brandon, Andrew and Nathan.
Family and friends are
invited to a memorial service at First
Presbyterian Church,
4 S Ridge Ave,
Ambler on Saturday, Feb. 27th.
Calling hours at the church from 9:30 AM,
followed by the memorial service at 11:00
AM. All are welcome to join the family for a
luncheon in the church fellowship hall
immediately following the service.
