Carolyn Ann (Kassner)
Jack, of Lower Gwynedd,
died on July 16, 2010.
She was born in
Laconia, NH, June 2, 1928 the daughter of Myer and Bertha Kassner
and sister of Pauline Ross of
Saratoga Springs,
NY.
She graduated from
Laconia
High School and
Endicott
College, Beverly,
Mass, and was a senior stenographer at
U.N.H., Durham NH.
She married Charles
Cutter Jack of Pelham, NH in 1951 for 46
years.
She is survived by three children;
Catherine Ann McQuade of Lower
Gwynedd,
PA, Constance Gale Viens of
Sellersville,
PA and Charles Harrison Jack of Schwenksville, PA
and 6 grandchildren.
She was a Girl Scout
leader at Spring
House School
and took the girls camping and on trips to
Williamsburg,
VA and
Washington
DC, and was the secretary for the
PTA.
She was a member of the Pennsylvania
Society of New England Women in Philadelphia.
She was an active tennis player,
skier, bridge player and involved in various
church activities at the First Presbyterian
Church of Ambler.
A memorial service will
be held at the First Presbyterian Church of
Ambler,
4 S Ridge Ave,
Ambler PA, at 11am on Thursday July 22,
2010.
