Brian Patrick O’Hara

Brian Patrick O’Hara of Blue Bell passed away on February 16, 2010 at his home, he was 51 years old. 

Brian was the son of Thomas Leo O’Hara, Jr. and Maureen Patricia O’Hara and the husband of Cynthia Ridings O’Hara.   

He attended Weston High School , Weston, MA, Dean Junior College, Franklin MA, Northeastern University, Boston MA and Drexel University in Philadelphia.  He was employed as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Broadlands Financial Group in Villanova for 1 ½ years, ARAMARK, Philadelphia PA for 5 ½ years and Cigna, Philadelphia PA for 20 years.  

He was a member of St Thomas’ Church Whitemarsh, located in Fort Washington PA where he served on the vestry.   

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Cynthia R. O’Hara.  He is also survived by his children Catharine O. Natterman of Philadelphia, David A. of Conshohocken, PA, and Elizabeth M. of Blue Bell, PA, his brothers and sisters Kathleen P of Nyack, NY, Thomas L. III of Fredericksburg, VA, Kevin A. of Willow City TX., Patricia C. Rice of Newport News VA, Sheila M. of Framingham MA and was preceded in death by Erin M. O’Hara. 

Relatives and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life service on Saturday, February 20th, at 11am at the St. Thomas’ Church Whitemarsh, Camphill Rd and Bethlehem Pk, Ft Washington PA 19034.  The family invites everyone to join them immediately following the service for a luncheon in Brian’s honor at the Parish House, MacColl Auditorium.  

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the Salvation Army Development Department, 701 N Broad St, Phila, PA 19123 or the Restoration Campaign of St Thomas’ Church, PO Box 247, Fort Washington PA 19034 

Interment will be private.
