Charles J. Williams II of Kutztown, PA passed away on Sunday May 29th in Topton PA.
Born in Philadelphia, the son of the Late Grace (nee Boiston) and Calvin E. Williams, Sr.
He is survived by three brothers: Calvin, George, and Stockton as well as many nieces and nephews.
A private graveside service will be held at Philadelphia Memorial Park in Frazer, PA.
