David James McVittie

David James McVittie, 73, recently of Ambler, PA passed away suddenly at home on the morning of September 28, 2023. 

Born on September 21, 1950 in New York, NY to the late James and Anne McVittie. 

David worked in Nashville’s Hospitality Industry for a number of years.  Later in life he took up carpentry until his retirement.   He was always willing to lend a hand, whether to a stranger or a friend. His loved ones will remember his gentle nature and his sterling sense of humor.

He is survived by his daughter Jessica McVittie, granddaughter Emily (Jonathan) McVittie, grandson Jacob McVittie, sister Diane Reukauf (Bill), and sister Rosemary Chidester. He was predeceased by his wife, Lee McVittie.

A service celebrating David’s life will be held in the future at a date to be determined.
