Helen K Jensen

Helen K. Jensen, of Ambler, Pa, passed away peacefully on May 1, 2021 at Sunrise of Dresher, in Dresher, Pa.

Helen was born in Abington, Pa. to Luther C. and Helen Klosterman (Sigmund) on July 28, 1924. She attended and graduated from Abington High School. She worked as a secretary for Upper Dublin School District for 26 years. She was baptized at and the oldest living member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ft. Washington, Pa.

Helen is survived by her three sons; Terrance (Celeste) of Lansdale, Edward (Winifred) of Zionsville and William (Zoe) of Dublin, Pa. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, who she loved and always had a fresh jar of M&Ms for. Helen is preceded in death by her brother Fred Klosterman (Janice) of Ft. Washington and Ruth Fine (Roy) of Huntington, Ct.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am Wednesday, May 5th, 2021 at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 235 Summit Avenue, Ft. Washington, Pa. with an 11:00 am service to follow. Burial will take place immediately following at George Washington Memorial Park, 80 Stenton Avenue, Plymouth Meeting, Pa. 19462.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Trinity Evangelical Church, 235 Summit Avenue, Ft. Washington, Pa. 19034. The family of Helen wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the entire staff of Sunrise of Dresher and Abramson Hospice for the excellent care they provided.
