Kathryn A. Hardwick

Kathryn A Hardwick (Kathy), 63, passed away on October 27, 2026 in Dresher, PA.

Kathy was born in Chestnut Hill, PA to Jean and George Hardwick on June 22, 1963. She attended school in the Wissahickon School District where she made friendships that would last for the rest of her life.

She graduated from Penn State University in 1985. She would often say that these were some of the best years of her life. After graduation she worked in finance in Philadelphia.

Kathy is survived by her mother, Jean Hardwick, and her sister, Marilyn Sokoloski. She is preceded in death by her father, George Hardwick.

Kathy will be remembered as a talented pianist, tennis player, avid Philadelphia sports fan and loyal friend.

The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the staff of Hemsley House of Dresher (formerly Sunrise) for taking such good care of her over the 14 years she resided there. They would also like to express gratitude for the caring individuals from Amedysis Hospice.
