Patricia W. Brace, age 84, passed away on November 26, 2023 at Chestnut Hill Lodge.
Born on March 11, 1939 in Abington, Pennsylvania she was the daughter of Ethel Wellington.
She worked as a nurse.
She is survived by three brothers, Richard Ronald (Kay) Wynn, James (Reneé) Wynn, and Thomas (Nancy) Wynn as well as many nieces and nephews. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, the late Joseph Brace.
Services and Interment will be held privately.
