Phoebe Van Horn

Phoebe Van Horn, 75, passed away on August 24, 2021, at her home in Ambler, Pennsylvania.
Phoebe was born in Vinita, Oklahoma to Lucille and Loren Hays on November 23, 1945. She graduated from the Barnes School of Nursing in St. Louis, Missouri and worked as a Registered Nurse. She married Raymond Van Horn on September 14, 1972, in Nokomis, Florida. Above all else, Phoebe was a bold and beloved daughter, friend, wife, mother, and grandmother.
Phoebe is survived by her husband Raymond; daughters and partners Julie Van Horn and Matt Fleming, Jenny and Ezekial Ferguson, daughter-in-law Lori Van Horn; grandchildren Jonathan Van Horn, Finch Ferguson, Iris. Phoebe was preceded in death by her son, Jason Van Horn.
No service will be held at her request, but her spunk and devotion will be celebrated and memories of her cherished for always.
