William R Hagmeier

William R. Hagmeier of Oreland, PA passed away on December 31st, 2020 at the age of 88. Born in Philadelphia on May 13th, 1932 to the late Angeline (née Kerst) and William A. Hagmeier. He graduated from Germantown High School and went on to become a printer. William served his country honorably in the Navy during the Korean War. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Ambler in addition to the Shriner’s LuLu Temple Clown Division, Mason’s RW Grand Lodge 81, and the Oreland Volunteer Fire Company.

William is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Ruth B. Hagmeier (née Marshall) as well as two sons, William C. Hagmeier (Denise) of North Wales and Craig S. Hagmeier (Margarita) of Oreland. He also leaves behind four grandchildren. Services and interment will be held privately for the immediately family only.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations in Williams name be made to the Shriner’s Hospital.
